About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver training and development programs to all levels of Franciscan end users
Partner with end users and application groups to analyze training needs
Design documentation and deliver multi-modal education using adult learning principles
Perform learner, goal, and task analysis to define training solutions and identify non-training issues
Audit and review workflows and accounts/records for accuracy and compliance
Deliver train-the-trainer sessions using Franciscan-developed or vendor-supplemented material
Contribute to tools measuring and recording students' mastery of learning objectives
Create on-the-job assistance materials for applications or skills
Create materials for self-paced or instructor-led learning events
Create reusable online and paper-based guides for manuals, forms, procedures, and user information products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Required High School Diploma/GED
5 years relevant work experience required
Candidate must reside in Central, Western, or Northwest Indiana
Available for occasional onsite work
Instructor Application Credentialing as organizational needs dictate within 120 days of hire
EPIC Certified or Accredited as organizational needs dictate within 1 year of hire
Preferred experience with EPIC Cupid or EPIC Radiant
Preferred Associate's Degree in relevant field of study
Preferred Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study
