About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure, design, and execute real estate financing transactions at the asset, project, and portfolio levels
  • Further develop existing financing structures and processes
  • Identify suitable financing partners
  • Prepare and analyze financing requests
  • Evaluate financing offers and term sheets
  • Develop recommendations for financing decisions
  • Lead loan agreement negotiations
  • Coordinate collaboration with banks, notaries, legal advisors, and internal departments
  • Further develop financial models, financing standards, and reporting structures
  • Monitor compliance with contractual financial covenants

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in business administration, finance, real estate, or a comparable qualification
  • At least three years of professional experience in finance, ideally in real estate or project finance
  • Solid understanding of financing structures, relevant financial metrics, and commercial interrelationships
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Confident communication with a range of stakeholders
  • Willingness to collaborate across departments
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools is a plus
  • Very good command of German
  • Good command of English
