About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take responsibility for the successful delivery of the project portfolio, ensuring quality, costs, and timelines across all projects
Lead and further develop the Construction Management department, including warranty management
Proactively manage resources and capacities
Manage projects from a commercial perspective and monitor budgets, estimates, risks, and project performance
Further develop processes, standards, and methods in Construction Management
Ensure efficient, high-quality project delivery
Shape collaboration with internal departments, clients, and external partners
Confidently manage complex project situations
Further develop the range of services together with the Director of Development
Actively contribute to project estimating and the acquisition of new projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in project management, construction supervision, or Construction Management
Extensive experience in new construction and/or construction in existing buildings
Several years of leadership experience in construction, planning, or real estate
Excellent knowledge of construction and contract law, particularly HOAI, VOB, and AHO, as well as relevant standards and regulations
Strong commercial acumen
Proven ability to manage budgets, estimates, project controlling, and commercial project risks
Entrepreneurial, structured, and solution-oriented approach
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong decision-making ability
