About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide functional leadership for cross-site warranty management
Ensure consistent standards, clear responsibilities, and efficient processes across all locations
Continuously develop processes, quality management standards, and workflows
Create guidelines and work instructions and ensure their consistent implementation
Drive digitalization in warranty management
Support the rollout of new systems
Optimize digital workflows and automated processes
Monitor warranty cases, appointments, and deadlines
Coordinate maintenance contracts and guarantees
Manage budgets and project invoicing
Coordinate the structured handover of projects from project delivery into the warranty phase and subsequently to Technical Property Management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree, for example in real estate management or business administration, or commercial training
Relevant experience in quality, process, or warranty management in the construction or real estate industry
Structured and self-directed working style
Ability to set clear priorities and maintain an overview when managing multiple parallel projects, deadlines, and responsibilities
Confident and professional communication with internal teams, customers, and external partners
Solution-oriented approach to balancing different interests
Process-oriented and commercially minded
Enthusiasm for developing standards, interfaces, and digital processes
Proficiency in MS Office
Ideally, experience with PlanRadar, Casavi, or Immo Office
Ideally, knowledge of HOAI and VOB/B
