About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsibility for the entire life cycle of sophisticated energy solutions
Design and technical specification of renewable energy supply systems, such as heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, tenant electricity solutions, and energy storage systems
Successful implementation of energy projects
Preparation of technical and economic assessments
Calculation of attractive proposals, incorporating current funding programs and regulatory requirements
Advising real estate clients on decarbonization and the transformation of their heating networks
Coordination of internal and external stakeholders, including planning consultancies, grid operators, authorities, and clients
Critical review of existing processes
Use of intelligent tools to make project delivery more efficient, digital, and future-oriented

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed degree in energy engineering, utility engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in the development and planning of energy projects
Ideally, experience in contracting, neighborhood energy concepts, or the real estate sector
In-depth technical understanding
Strong commercial mindset
Confident handling of energy law and regulatory requirements
Experience using intelligent tools and future-ready working methods
Analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
Passion for decarbonization
Ability to identify economically viable and sustainable solutions
