Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accountable for overall marketing performance to goal for assigned programs and initiatives
  • Serve as the primary client-facing marketing leader for assigned accounts or areas
  • Collaborate with clients, market strategists, and internal experts to develop marketing plans and promotional strategies
  • Oversee deployment of marketing campaigns with internal creative and delivery staff and external advertising agencies
  • Initiate campaigns and tactics in the marketing project management system
  • Prepare campaign strategy briefs and manage creative requests
  • Facilitate workflow and approval of marketing materials from internal and external parties
  • Develop, maintain, and manage marketing budgets with program management and finance
  • Develop, manage, and use plan-to-goal tools to track progress
  • Review, analyze, and communicate marketing promotion results
  • Use data and analysis to improve and innovate marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Mentor and coach developing marketing leaders
  • Participate in company-wide marketing thought leadership
  • Manage direct reports and oversee department staff, including interviewing, assigning work, performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, and directing work
  • Mentor department personnel on annual and long-term development goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience
  • Minimum of 2 years client management experience required
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required, directly or indirectly
  • Strong client service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and able to prioritize workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficient in project management, ideally using Smartsheet
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with clients, program employees and vendors
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems
  • Knowledge of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
