About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze, and interpret internal and external data to generate actionable business insights
Analyze commercial, operational, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Develop and manage reporting templates, dashboards, and visualizations
Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, validated, and business-ready
Support commercial data governance practices
Conduct advanced analytics for performance measurement, brand planning, sales effectiveness, promotional evaluation, and segmentation
Prepare and present commercial insights and recommendations
Analyze forecast accuracy, KPIs, call and sample data, and other performance metrics
Partner with sales, marketing, contracting, finance, IT, data, CRM, and BI teams
Translate analytics into business cases, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations
Improve data workflows, reporting processes, system integrations, data structures, and reporting platforms
Participate in user acceptance testing for reporting tools and analytics systems
Communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Document analytical processes, assumptions, and methodologies
Prepare presentations for leadership reviews, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
Support commercial operations, product launches, and cross-functional strategic initiatives
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling for business decisions, pricing impacts, market entry, and promotional strategies
Attend local, national, and global meetings as needed
Complete required training and participate in assigned work activities
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Qlik, Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, SQL, Python, or R
Knowledge of medical device, hospital/pharmacy products and/or pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic conditions
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation abilities
Experience presenting
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external business contacts
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Sound business judgment and high integrity
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
Must effectively speak, read, write, and understand English
