About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned organizations
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to managers and employees
  • Build strong working relationships across business functions
  • Conduct employee relations investigations
  • Manage corrective and disciplinary actions
  • Coach managers on performance management and policy interpretation
  • Support performance improvement plans (PIPs) and talent reviews
  • Support onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends
  • Administer HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics
  • Support audits and compliance reviews
  • Provide hands-on HR partnership and support to Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance
  • Report to the Senior Director, Human Resources
  • Provide guidance on workplace matters, HR policies, and people processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Employee relations and investigation experience
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience supporting corporate functions (preferred)
  • Workday experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
  • Must meet employment authorization eligibility where applicable through E-Verify
  • Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace
