About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support prospecting and headhunting efforts, nurturing candidate relationships and building long-term pipelines
- Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications
- Own role coordination, including tracking progress, blockers, and outcomes
- Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments
- Partner with hiring managers on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines
- Provide regular status updates to management and team members
- Take on additional responsibilities in a fast-moving startup environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Bonus points if you have experience in a start-up environment and/or in-house recruitment
- Work from home / remote
- Availability to work 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday
