About the role

Research universities across the US to understand where to recruit from
Source potential candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
Learn and apply Boolean search techniques to identify high-quality talent
Reach out to candidates and build talent pipelines
Screen candidates based on graduation year, field of study, and role requirements
Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records
Work closely with the manager to improve sourcing strategies
Learn to use AI tools such as Claude and other recruiting technologies
Contribute ideas to improve the hiring process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills
Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or marketing
Comfortable learning LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory)
Curious about AI and excited to learn new recruiting tools
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Internship experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or marketing is a plus
Fresh graduates with internship experience may apply
Available to work 5 PM - 1 AM IST, Monday to Friday
