About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting across functions and levels
  • Conduct critical, senior-level, and hard-to-fill searches
  • Partner with the CHRO, executive leadership, Finance, and hiring managers on workforce and recruiting plans
  • Build and strengthen diverse talent pipelines
  • Advise leaders on hiring decisions using market insights and recruiting expertise
  • Design and improve scalable recruiting processes, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, and reporting
  • Establish competency-based interview guides, evaluation criteria, and interviewer training
  • Own the candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Partner with People Operations on employer branding and talent attraction strategies
  • Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition team members
  • Evaluate recruiting technology, tools, and external resources
  • Manage relationships with external search partners and agencies
  • Monitor talent-market trends and emerging recruiting practices
  • Champion accountability, collaboration, candor, and continuous improvement across hiring
  • Support additional People Team initiatives as business needs evolve
  • Work closely with the CHRO, executive leadership, Finance, hiring managers, People Team, Talent Acquisition team, and external search partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered
  • 10+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience in both in-house and agency environments is ideal
  • Experience leading Talent Acquisition in a high-growth or rapidly evolving organization
  • Experience building or scaling recruiting programs and processes
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions, disciplines, and levels, including senior-level and specialized roles
  • Consumer products, consumer goods, retail, or other relevant consumer-focused industry recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to operate as both a strategic Talent Acquisition leader and hands-on recruiter
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into talent strategies
  • Experience designing and implementing structured, scalable recruiting and candidate assessment practices
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including defining recruiting metrics, interpreting talent data, identifying trends, and using insights to improve performance and decision-making
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technology, sourcing platforms, and other Talent Acquisition tools
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence executives, hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners
  • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, developing, and setting clear expectations for recruiting team members
  • Creative and resourceful problem-solving abilities
  • High level of judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Self-starter able to complete tasks independently and collaboratively
