About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and coordinate go-to-market plans for new product launches
  • Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities to ensure budget delivery
  • Define messaging strategy and oversee creative development of commercial assets for product launches and renovations
  • Develop annual and quarterly briefs for cross-functional teams
  • Measure the impact of paid, owned, and earned activation on sales
  • Track media performance and budget, connecting spend to performance
  • Develop line review materials for retailer sell-in and expansion opportunities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the brand, consumer, and portfolio
  • Compile competitive intelligence deep dives
  • Evaluate product performance in market to refine plans and SKU strategy
  • Conduct market analysis and desk research on category trends and insights
  • Manage promotion planning and reporting
  • Lead Nielsen category mapping for category and shopper insights
  • Lead weekly business meetings to report trends, insights, and actions
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Ecomm, Media, Creative, Operations, and R&D
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or similar focus
  • 6+ years of experience, including at least 2–4 years of experience in CPG Brand Management specifically
  • Strong business acumen with an in-depth understanding of variables contributing to sustainably growing a brand and business
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously and collaboratively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong organizational skills
  • Comfort working with incomplete datasets and uncertainty
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take extra steps to drive the business
  • Experience pulling, analyzing, and visualizing Nielsen and/or IRI data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Business Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
