About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive full talent lifecycle initiatives, including recruiting, contractor engagement, onboarding, and candidate experience
  • Proactively source and attract talent through job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing
  • Screen resumes and conduct in-person and virtual interviews
  • Assess candidate qualifications, capabilities, values alignment, skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, contractors, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
  • Partner with recruiting agencies, staffing vendors, and contractor partners to build talent pipelines
  • Create candidate pipelines for active and anticipated openings
  • Consult with hiring managers on hiring best practices
  • Support onboarding coordination and transition new hires into the organization
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on talent planning, workforce scalability, and employee lifecycle initiatives
  • Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, contractor data, and talent acquisition KPIs
  • Maintain reporting on personnel, new hires, and TA KPIs in partnership with the Senior Director of Talent Management
  • Improve recruiting and candidate experience processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Complete other projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles and industries
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and experience managing multiple positions simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally on workforce planning, onboarding, or broader talent lifecycle initiatives is a plus
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Solution-oriented approach with ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems efficiently, and build cross-functional partnerships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Located in Miami, FL; hybrid position requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday
