Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deploy generative AI applications using NodeJS and TypeScript to enhance product features and user experiences
Build agentic applications to automate resolving user inquiries
Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for applying generative AI to solve user needs and improve platform capabilities
Lead exploration and implementation of state-of-the-art generative AI techniques
Inform AI model training and deployment infrastructure to ensure scalability and efficiency
Analyze real-world data to ensure high-quality model training and iteration
Monitor and evaluate AI application performance and make improvements
Track developments in machine learning and AI, advocate for best practices, and integrate new technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning projects
Demonstrable expertise in developing production applications using LLMs and Generative AI models, and familiarity with their underlying technologies
Strong experience with agentic methodologies, prompting techniques, RAG pipelines, evaluation mechanisms and fine-tuning LLMs preferred
High learning agility
Strong communication skills that illustrate a clear, structured thought process
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency building production-grade web applications
Expertise in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, database systems, and related concepts
Deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and principles of software engineering
Knowledge in specialized machine learning areas such as deep learning and reinforcement learning
Experience in SaaS or multiplayer application machine learning implementations
