Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with clients, manage project delivery and contribute to business development
Lead project workstreams, structure analyses, develop recommendations and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables
Conduct primary and secondary research, market assessments, competitor benchmarking and strategic analysis
Translate research findings into actionable client insights
Build client relationships and clarify project requirements
Present findings and support discussions with client stakeholders
Contribute to proposals, client pitches and new business opportunities
Identify potential follow-on engagements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline
Typically 4–6 years of experience in consulting, advisory, market intelligence, research or a related professional services environment
Foundational understanding of the ICT industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscapes and emerging technologies
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to turn data into clear, evidence-based recommendations
Curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset and openness to new ideas
Commitment to customer success
Ability to take ownership and work independently
Clear communication and ability to influence others
Analytical and strategic thinking
