About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in conducting primary research in Vietnamese
Translate reports, articles, and database documents from Vietnamese into English
Attend client calls
Support the consultant during client calls by helping answer questions using information gathered during primary research
Convert Vietnamese documents into slides and consultant-shared templates
Support the consultant in reviewing AI-translated documents from English to Vietnamese
Work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in market research, business research, consulting, or a related field
Fluency in written and spoken Vietnamese
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Based in Vietnam or Southeast Asia
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Ability to conduct primary research and/or support primary research through English–Vietnamese translation
Experience in data analysis, report writing, and presentation development is a good-to-have skill
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are good-to-have skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with research databases and analytical tools is an advantage
Experience in Chemicals, Mining, or Inorganic Chemicals is an added advantage, not a requirement
