Design and implement product features from internal and external customer requirements and clinical feedback
Apply standard technologies to software design, implementation, and testing
Coordinate assignments with team members and communicate progress or difficulties
Investigate and resolve complex runtime software issues in a timely manner
Understand requirements from both user and technical perspectives
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Develop new code and maintain existing code and design
Provide input, solutions, and recommendations
Participate in design and code reviews and enforce coding standards
Troubleshoot complex problems
Comply with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 requirements, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards
Sit for 75–100% of applicable work time; use hands and fingers up to 100%; stand, talk, and hear for 75%; lift and carry up to 10 pounds for up to 20% of applicable work time
Occasional travel of up to 10% may be required

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of proven corporate/technical lead training experience
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
E-learning software experience is an asset
Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Organizational and time management abilities
Critical thinking and decision making
Experience with object-oriented design and implementation using .NET technologies
Understanding of MVC and MVVM architecture patterns
Experience with Repository and Singleton design patterns
Experience creating responsive web designs
Entity relationship modeling and relational database principles
