About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to the VP of Sales
- Drive growth and revenue for Cinema and Broadcast products in the Western USA
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives for Fujifilm Broadcast lens and Cinema camera and lens products
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the Broadcast and Cinema industry, technical specifications, and customer use cases
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and enhance or establish sales channels
- Conduct market research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Sell and support broadcast lens products and cinema camera and lens products through established sales channels
- Collaborate with product development by providing customer feedback and insights
- Prepare and process quotations and purchase orders
- Maintain forecasts of expected regional projects
- Track demo/loaner equipment and maintain customer database integrity
- Ensure adherence to pricing and discount policies
- Prepare detailed sales reports for management
- Train and support customers on product use and maintenance
- Support reseller channels and B2B end-users
- Maintain internal and external customer relationships and fulfill commitments
- Support on-site product demonstrations
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events
- Assist with trade shows, exhibits, and promotional events locally and internationally
- Facilitate marketing collateral creation and headquarters reporting
- Follow company travel and compliance policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the broadcast and cinema industry or a related field
- Strong understanding of technical specifications, features, and use cases of broadcast and cinema equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales management tools
- Availability to travel at least 25% to attend Customer locations, industry conferences and trade shows, in Canada and internationally upon request
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- High level of professionalism, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
