About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the Customer Success team with creating and executing custom audience lists and campaigns, including digital advertising and email marketing campaigns
  • Support development and delivery of client-specific assets and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Create, customize, and manage Dynamic Payments offers and promotional materials
  • Provide monthly support for co-op submissions
  • Create and manage inbound cases through a queue, tracking and resolving requests
  • Provide operational and task-based support for the Enterprise Customer Success team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute client requests and project deliverables efficiently and to a high standard
  • Support client communication when needed to fulfill assigned tasks and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Support strategic initiatives by helping manage project timelines, resources, and communications
  • Monitor and maintain task workflows, escalate issues, and ensure smooth handoffs
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and develop new workflows
  • Take on additional account or customer support responsibilities, including coverage when a CSM is unavailable

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong interest in building a career in Customer Success, with an interest in eventually growing into a Customer Success Manager role
  • Proactive, curious, and self-directed approach to work
  • Ability to operate effectively amid frequently changing processes, priorities, and responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume, detailed, task-oriented work accurately
  • High competency working with data to support business decisions and customer outcomes
  • Ability to build and implement follow-up processes and manage multiple priorities
  • Independent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exposure to or interest in using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows
  • Strong work ethic, ownership, and willingness to perform hands-on operational work
  • Automotive industry and/or digital advertising experience is a plus, but not required
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work
  • Ability to perform job duties from a home office using necessary technology and maintaining productivity
  • Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
