About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and ship features end to end, across backend services and frontend apps
Write clean, maintainable, high-performance code that meets coding standards and business goals
Design and build APIs and third-party integrations
Own the reliability of lead delivery and CRM integrations: find root causes, fix them, and prevent repeats
Work closely with Product, QA, Support and Performance to turn requirements into technical specs and working software
Profile, monitor and refactor to improve performance in production
Write automated tests and help deploy and test new features
Take part in code reviews and give useful feedback to peers
Take ownership of development of groundbreaking, AI-driven products
Report to a Dev Team Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree (B.Sc) in Computer Science or related field, ideally top grades
3-5 years of Fullstack Software development experience in a SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with web development, including building and maintaining web applications
Experience with a modern frontend framework (React or Angular)
Deep familiarity with and daily hands-on use of AI and emerging technologies
Strong SQL skills with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, or similar services and tools
Experience designing and working with microservices architecture
Fluent Hebrew and English
Able to work from our Jerusalem office at least 3 days a week
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Team player with collaborative mindset
Capability to see the big picture, break down projects into milestones, and prioritize tasks
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
Proactive mindset to generate ideas, propose solutions, and execute with a "getting things done" attitude
Independent working style under tight deadlines
