About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
- Ensure projects meet business objectives and coding standards
- Support deployment and testing of new products and features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design and implement APIs and integrations with third-party services
- Optimize application performance through code profiling, monitoring, and refactoring
- Implement automated testing frameworks
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends
- Assist in establishing and enforcing development standards and coding conventions
- Take ownership of AI-driven product development and work with the engineering team
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree (B.Sc) in Computer Science or related field, ideally top grades
- 2-4 years of Fullstack Software development experience
- Hands-on experience with web development, including building and maintaining web applications
- Deep familiarity with and daily hands-on use of AI and emerging technologies
- Strong SQL skills with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, or similar services and tools
- Experience designing and working with microservices architecture
- Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- Fluent in Hebrew and English communication
- Willingness to work onsite at our TLV office, 3 days a week
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude towards using generative AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Anthropic
