About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all implementation tasks, including weekly calls, training sessions, and go-live tasks
Build working relationships with customer stakeholders
Travel to visit and train customers as needed
Ensure projects are delivered on time
Assist in managing project scope and objectives and keeping stakeholders on schedule
Follow the defined project plan and implementation standards
Build working knowledge of window covering products, pricing, and order-to-production workflows to guide customer setup and configuration
Suggest improvements to company-defined processes
Communicate suggested changes to project scope and timeline to management
Report and escalate project risks to management
Assist with testing development items and project deliverables
Create internal and client documentation, including release notes, knowledge base articles, and training videos

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working knowledge of cloud-based SaaS applications
2+ years of experience with SaaS software implementations
Excellent project management skills
Exceptional communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Understanding of technical concepts to provide guidance and solutions
History in the window treatment/coverings industry, manufacturing, or ERP/production software is a plus
Ability to travel to visit and train customers as needed
