Requirements

What you’ll need

Domain fluency in at least one of: finance, operations, customer support, or engineering
Daily, hands-on use of AI as an operator, demonstrating live agents, automations, or skills libraries in production
Ability to cross disciplines and build practical tooling
Strong written communication; ability to produce standalone specs and context documents
High learning velocity
Comfort operating at pace under ambiguity
Evidence-driven decision-making
Demonstrated personal experience transforming a process, department, or product with measurable before-and-after results
Proven, current, hands-on experience using AI tools and agents in a production or business context
1–3 years of software development or programming experience
3+ years of operational experience improving business processes and delivering measurable outcomes
Experience operating across business, technology, and people disciplines
Track record of shipping early-stage functional solutions and iterating based on feedback
Comfort embedding within an operating business unit and working autonomously with minimal supervision
Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative or technical field
