About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report to the Manager, Professional Services
Own the technical deployment and strategy of Fortune 500 accounts
Guide technical and strategic implementation to produce clean, actionable behavioral data for Fullstory analyses
Meet with client teams to gather technical feature requirements and address data architecture strategy
Build custom integrations using JavaScript and Python, leveraging agentic AI
Advise clients on API implementation and data management best practices
Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them for analytics, product, and engineering teams
Troubleshoot technical issues and translate client needs into actionable solutions
Independently research new features and maintain comprehensive Fullstory product knowledge
Use AI tooling to draft, test, iterate, validate, and refine technical integrations before deployment
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to the Atlanta office
Proven experience in a client-facing technical role through consulting, professional services, or an early-career forward-deployed position
Background in Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable technical discipline
Foundational understanding of web and native mobile development concepts
Ability to bridge business and engineering by gathering requirements and translating them into precise technical specifications
Hands-on experience debugging modern web applications
Comfort using browser developer tools to diagnose front-end behavior and inspect network payloads
Practical experience leveraging AI tooling to accelerate technical workflows and build working solutions
Judgment to critically evaluate, validate, and correct AI-generated output
