About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the lifecycle of digital identities, including user onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
- Administer and review access in cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Manage profiles and permissions in internal corporate systems and critical business applications.
- Perform access analyses, provisioning, revocation, and periodic recertification.
- Map access profiles based on roles and responsibilities using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes.
- Participate in system integration projects, ensuring the proper definition of profiles and segregation of duties.
- Handle access-related requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize access management processes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing access control evidence and reports.
- Monitor compliance with corporate information security policies and identity governance requirements.
- Prepare process documentation, access matrices, and operating procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate studies in Information Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Experience administering access in Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM, and Google Cloud IAM environments.
- Knowledge of access control models, such as RBAC and the principle of least privilege.
- Experience with access reviews and certifications.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and corporate directories.
- Familiarity with governance, audit, and compliance processes.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and request fulfillment.
- Experience with IAM, PAM, SSO, and MFA solutions is a plus.
- Experience with identity governance projects.
- Experience with frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
- Certifications related to Information Security, Cloud, or IAM.
