About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and execute communications and marketing plans, defining target audiences, channels, messaging, timelines, and KPIs
  • Ensure consistency in the brand’s visual identity, positioning, and tone of voice across different channels and materials
  • Produce and edit content, presentations, institutional campaigns, and supporting materials for commercial initiatives
  • Plan and execute the social media editorial calendar, monitoring KPIs and proposing improvements to content and formats
  • Plan and execute in-person and digital events, trade shows, and conferences, coordinating communications, materials, vendors, and logistics
  • Work with the PR agency to identify story opportunities, review press releases and articles, and prepare spokespersons
  • Lead webinars, videocasts, and other audiovisual initiatives, from defining topics and scripts through production, promotion, and performance analysis
  • Support the Sales and Business teams with presentations, case studies, and content for different stages of the sales journey, contributing to demand generation and nurturing initiatives
  • Manage projects, agencies, partners, and vendors, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and resource control
  • Analyze communications and marketing KPIs, present results, and turn insights into practical recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field
  • Solid experience in corporate communications and/or marketing, with the ability to independently lead projects from planning through delivery
  • Experience with branding, institutional communications, content production, social media, and events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce and edit copy, presentations, briefs, and materials for different audiences
  • Ability to connect business challenges to communications solutions and turn strategies into tangible deliverables
  • Experience managing vendors and partners
  • Familiarity with communications and marketing KPIs, using data to evaluate results and guide decisions
  • Proficiency with presentation, project management, and content production tools
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance planning and execution across multiple demands
  • Autonomy, proactivity, critical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and organizational levels
  • Availability to work on-site four days per week at our office on Avenida Rebouças in São Paulo
