About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, implement, and enhance monitoring and observability solutions for technology and business services using Zabbix, Grafana, and New Relic
Gather and translate technical and business requirements into metrics, indicators, dashboards, alerts, and integrations
Implement and maintain monitoring for infrastructure, applications, APIs, integrations, and services
Develop dashboards, alert rules, automations, and integrations for proactive identification of outages, degradations, and anomalies
Support the instrumentation and evolution of observability, ensuring telemetry quality and correlation across metrics, logs, and events
Apply Artificial Intelligence and AIOps capabilities for anomaly detection, event correlation, service behavior analysis, and the generation of operational insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience implementing Zabbix monitoring
Courses or certifications related to Zabbix and Grafana (preferred)
Instrumentation with OpenTelemetry
Observability of cloud, containerized, and Kubernetes environments
Synthetic monitoring of APIs and critical user journeys
Experience with AIOps capabilities and anomaly detection assessment
Additional knowledge of Datadog and Elasticsearch, where applicable
