About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and verify data to ensure all information is accurate and prevent inconsistencies that could affect operations.
- Collaborate on process improvements to optimize operations and ensure the quality of services provided.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring all request details are accurate for delivery.
- Track orders and update information in the CRM.
- Receive and verify invoices issued by partners, entering amounts and other relevant data into the CRM.
- Ensure all delivery documentation is provided in a timely manner for the client's financial closing process.
- Update data in the preliminary closing tracking system.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing higher education in a health-related field.
- Knowledge of operating systems and Microsoft Office.
