About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set the vision and strategy for the evolution of the customer experience
- Maximise the impact of product line plans and the overarching product vision
- Build capabilities and journeys used by multiple product lines and internal teams
- Deliver a seamless customer experience across products
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers
- Support the growth and development of the broader Product team culture
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and broader business leadership
- Maximise the impact of the role and team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of relevant experience in product management building high-quality consumer-grade multi-product customer experiences
- Strong experience partnering with Design and Engineering
- Experience leading and developing teams of Product Managers
- AI-native; experience building with Claude Code, Codex, or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with individuals across different parts and levels of the organisation
- Passion for Funding Circle’s mission and values
- Experience in Fintech, ideally lending (preferred)
- Track record of customer experience transformation (preferred)
- Consumer and SME exposure (preferred)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
