About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain performant, scalable, best-practice Tableau reports
- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs
- Automate identified manual processes
- Create documentation for Tableau reports
- Provide training and support to Tableau users
- Support and collaborate with third-party developers during migration from AWS Athena to Snowflake
- Represent business needs during the data warehouse migration
- Join the Data team within Tech and Data
- Support increasing analytical demands across the business
- Act as a technical bridge and mentor for company builders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep expertise in SQL
- Experience working with modern data warehouses, including Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Hands-on experience with DBT
- Experience building and maintaining modular, scalable data models
- Expert proficiency in Tableau Desktop
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to partner with non-technical teams using data for storytelling
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Ability to architect custom AI solutions and smart automated systems that are safe, maintainable, and aligned with the long-term mission
- Ability to train builders across the company in sophisticated system creation
- Strong understanding of financial datasets or prior exposure to the banking/fintech sector
