About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the dedicated relationship manager for existing and newly acquired CardUp HNW clients
  • Deliver premium, high-touch, white-glove account management
  • Price new requests and renewals according to the CardUp HNW pricing framework
  • Own end-to-end onboarding from account setup and payment configuration through go-live
  • Facilitate compliance and KYC approvals with internal teams
  • Build long-term HNW client relationships and safeguard retention
  • Originate new HNW users through personal and professional networks and outbound prospecting
  • Convert inbound HNW leads and collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns
  • Use referral channels including Funding Societies' investor base, wealth advisors, and family offices
  • Drive acquisition from qualification through onboarding
  • Upsell existing clients to additional payment types including tax, property, insurance, and education
  • Build account plans for priority clients
  • Re-engage lapsed users and win back payment volume
  • Track and report pipeline, acquisition, upsell, and win-back performance
  • Feed client insights back to marketing and product teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–6 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, financial advisory, or HNW client relationship management
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients with measurable business outcomes
  • Prior experience in fintech, payments, or investment products is a strong advantage
  • Established network among HNW individuals, family offices, or their advisors in Singapore is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with compliance, KYC/AML processes, and the regulatory environment for financial products in Singapore
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen and a business-development mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and workflows simultaneously
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable owning targets and operating with ambiguity in a lean, fast-moving team
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management and performance tracking
