About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and originate debt financing leads
  • Strategize and structure go-to-market plans
  • Lead investment advisory processes from start to closure for the firm’s debt products
  • Coordinate with internal teams on new clients
  • Pitch and negotiate terms and pricing structures with new and existing clients
  • Manage and expand relationships with new and existing clients
  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients regarding firm updates and service needs
  • Act as an ambassador for the firm’s brand
  • Collaborate with internal teams on goal-oriented activities
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with protocols and standards
  • Oversee and execute KYC and onboarding activities
  • Maintain high standards of the firm’s MAS license

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • MBA, CFA, or CPA is a strong plus
  • 3–8+ years of relevant experience within banks or financial institutions in client advisory
  • Proven track record of successfully executing AI/HNWI financial product transactions
  • Financial literacy across all asset classes, capital markets, and alternatives
  • Relevant MAS licenses for required client advisory activities
  • Passion for financial markets and sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and salesmanship skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • “Never say die, can do” attitude
