About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build standing relationships with product and solution leaders at Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, Stripe, and major fundraising agencies and consultancies.
- Source strategic ecosystem signals and return with product-story material, including emerging needs, validation, value, and lightweight specifications.
- Vet partner opportunities against Fundraise Up's platform architecture, capabilities, integrations, multi-tenancy, and roadmap reality.
- Attend Dreamforce, HubSpot Unbound, ecosystem summits, and partner events; produce written outcome memos with implications.
- Track Stripe, Visa, PayPal, and Agentforce developments early enough for Fundraise Up to act first.
- Source agency and reseller opportunities, including wedge plays, white-label demand, and warm-door opportunities.
- Submit signals to the shared signal intake for conversion into quantified bets.
- Represent product in U.S. meetings and answer capability and architecture questions.
- Provide product-grounded narratives and feasibility-checked cases to support PMM.
- Travel to conferences and in-person partner and agency meetings, up to 30%.
- The role does not own product roadmap, prioritization, engineering/design execution, integrations delivery, partner accounts, or commercial terms.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Direct experience inside one of the Salesforce / HubSpot / Stripe partner ecosystems, adjacent partner-domain experience working with these platforms, or a demonstrable ability to build this kind of relationship network from scratch — any of the three counts.
- Can size a market motion — ICP, mechanics, revenue logic — not just describe it.
- Builds and maintains architecture-level knowledge of the platform — capabilities, integrations, multi-tenancy, what's coming — enough to hold any technical room without owning delivery.
- Produces cases a product organization can act on; the role's primary output is written.
- Comfortable influencing without owning; wins ship through counterparts you don't control.
- Russian language required — working bridge to a largely Russian-speaking product and engineering organization.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
