About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own product strategy across Virtual Pharmacy, Patient App, and Partnerships
  • Translate ambiguous business opportunities into a proactive roadmap for multiple engineering pods
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of product managers
  • Provide air cover and raise standards for product craft, ownership, and decision quality
  • Ship AI-native agentic, generative, and predictive capabilities for care, clinical, and operations teams
  • Prioritize competing demands from Clinical, Care, Ops, and Commercial stakeholders
  • Defend product trade-offs using data and judgment to protect unit economics and engineering bandwidth
  • Implement intake, prioritization, OKRs, and lifecycle audits
  • Operate in continuous-improvement cycles, instrument outcomes, and adjust delivery
  • Craft investment narratives for cross-functional leaders and executives
  • Resolve conflicts and build roadmaps that accelerate enterprise sales cycles
  • Collaborate with Engineering on platform architecture, tech stack consolidation, and Fuzion integrations
  • Anticipate and mitigate scale, performance, and system reliability risks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of a distinct product line or complex business domain
  • 4+ years of people management experience scaling and developing product teams
  • Proven track record of shipping AI-native products (agentic, generative, or predictive) to production with measurable business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to bring process rigor (intake, OKRs/KPIs, audits) to fast-paced environments or previously unoptimized domains
  • Experience operating in rapid, continuous-improvement cycles (weeks, not quarters)
  • Strong technical fluency; able to deconstruct complex architecture, weigh technology trade-offs, and partner effectively with Engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to confidently present investment cases and strategic narratives to executive stakeholders
  • Proficiency with modern PM tooling (GSuite, Slack, Linear/Jira, Notion, Figma, Looker/Mode/Hex, or equivalents)
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available
  • Preferred: MBA or graduate degree in a relevant field (CS, HCI, Healthcare, Life Sciences)
  • Preferred: Direct experience in healthcare, pharmacy, digital health, or highly regulated clinical environments
  • Preferred: Experience building operator- or clinician-facing workflow products at scale
  • Preferred: Specialized experience applying AI/ML to operations-heavy or clinical workflows
  • Preferred: Experience thriving in high-growth environments where the operational model is actively being built and refined
