About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conceptualize and design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing strategists, and clients to translate user requirements and business objectives into digital experiences
- Develop, adhere to, and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for FyerX and clients
- Ensure visual and functional consistency across digital touchpoints
- Prepare user journeys and rough layouts
- Present creative UX concepts to stakeholders
- Incorporate feedback and usability testing data to refine designs
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, design methodologies, micro-interactions, and digital platforms
- Provide innovative product solutions for internal initiatives and external client projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital product, web, and mobile app design projects
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual interface execution for complex web and mobile platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Solid understanding of handoff processes for development teams
- Strong understanding of layout principles, information architecture, responsive design grids, typography, and accessibility (WCAG) standards
- Ability to take a product brief from basic concept to a polished, functional prototype aligned with user needs and brand goals
- Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple design pipelines simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate with remote engineering and marketing teams
- Prior experience working with tech startups, marketing agencies, or product design studios is an advantage
