About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a key business partner and trusted in-country HR expert for clients in the EOR industry
  • Support onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations across the Czech Republic
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, calls, meetings, and legally sound documentation
  • Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors
  • Advise clients on benefits, compliance, workforce planning, employment contracts, and risk mitigation
  • Stay current on labor laws and cultural nuances in EMEA
  • Guide Performance Improvement Plans and ensure timely salary changes
  • Support employee immigration and mobility needs with the Global Mobility team
  • Identify delegable tasks, document processes, and manage knowledge transfer
  • Drive automation, AI adoption, and HR process optimization
  • Lead compliance governance projects across EMEA
  • Lead global HR standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Deep expertise of regional labour laws
  • Experience supporting complex employee relations
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack
  • German language skills preferred
  • Knowledge of the EOR industry preferred
  • Experience in employee lifecycle management in Germany or Austria preferred
