About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries as appropriate
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a support position to senior executives
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues
  • Demonstrated professionalism, with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality support
