Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain one integrated plan across engineering, sales, strategy, delivery, and finance, with owners, milestones, and dependencies
Sequence workstreams and flag conflicts and trade-offs to the GM
Run operating cadence for workstream reviews and track decisions and actions to completion
Surface problems, own the path forward, and clarify ownership
Validate engineering roadmaps against delivery capabilities, training, staffing, and process readiness
Lead capacity planning for internal operations and external services, including outsourced and nearshore staffing models
Coordinate annual business-unit planning across functions
Partner with Finance on headcount planning, costs, and budget tracking
Maintain visible planning assumptions and update them as pipeline, capacity, or roadmap changes
Plan QBR and board meeting calendars and timelines
Collect sources, data, and status updates for QBR and board materials
Surface risks, gaps, and required decisions ahead of reviews
Report to the EVP & GM, Atlas

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of project or program management experience in a technology, SaaS, or managed services environment
Bachelors Degree or equivalent with some Post-Graduate work (or equivalent experience) and/or 12 years of related experience
PMP certification
Strong command of planning, sequencing, dependency management, and risk tracking
Ability to alternate between tactical execution and strategic planning
Experience working across engineering, sales, strategy, delivery, and finance teams
Working knowledge of outsourcing and BPO delivery models, including capacity and staffing planning
Comfort with financial planning, including headcount, budget, and capacity models
Strong communication skills and ability to brief senior leaders and give clear recommendations
Bias to action and willingness to build structure in a startup environment
Occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events
