Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and develop business through direct sales of medical skincare products to physicians and skincare professionals
  • Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography
  • Initiate actions to increase sales and market share
  • Develop direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent education and directly related experience required
  • 3 or more years of aesthetic sales experience
  • Pre-existing relationships within the assigned territory
  • Effective goal setting, planning, and communication skills
  • Relationship-building and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and gain buy-in for specific goals and strategies in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Self-reliance and ability to make solid business decisions
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Ability to frequently move materials weighing up to 50 lbs for account and event needs
  • Ability to occasionally stoop, bend, and kneel
  • Must be able to travel 30% or more of the time
  • External applicants must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Work authorization sponsorship is not offered
