Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and develop business through direct sales of medical skincare products to physicians and skincare professionals
  • Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography
  • Initiate actions to increase sales and market share
  • Develop direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand
  • Coordinate physician training programs, practice in-services, and events
  • Provide technical product and procedure expertise to customers
  • Build professional relationships and establish credibility and rapport with customers
  • Implement and execute key marketing strategies
  • Maintain communication and working relationships with co-workers, physicians, and healthcare providers
  • Participate in scheduled sales meetings, conference calls, and other business activities
  • Model honesty, integrity, and company standards and policies
  • Establish territory routing plans based on priorities and travel-and-expense budget
  • Analyze and control expenditures to meet budgetary requirements
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent education and directly related experience required
  • 3 or more years of aesthetic sales experience with pre-existing relationships within assigned territory
  • Effective goal setting, planning and communication, relationship-building, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and gain buy-in for specific goals and strategies in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Self-reliant with the ability to make solid business decisions
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Frequently moves materials weighing up to 50 lbs for account and event needs
  • Occasionally stoop, bend, and kneel
  • Must be able to travel 30%+ of the time
  • External applicants must be eligible to work in the United States
