About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex strategic performance improvement projects across Alastin
- Partner with Director- and VP-level stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and solve mission-critical business challenges
- Analyze operations, systems, and processes to diagnose root causes and identify transformation opportunities
- Deliver executive-level communication materials for cross-enterprise updates
- Direct cross-functional teams spanning business technology, marketing, sales, commercial excellence, operations, and other stakeholders
- Develop, manage, and evolve project plans with goals, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Secure executive-level buy-in and investment through compelling business cases
- Apply hypothesis-driven problem-solving to transform ambiguous challenges into structured solutions
- Provide thought leadership across multiple concurrent strategic initiatives
- Lead matrix teams through complex change initiatives, removing barriers and fostering accountability
- Maintain close communication with senior leadership, provide strategic project updates, and address emerging business needs
- Participate in virtual and in-person meetings; occasional travel may be required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 8+ years of experience leading strategic and operational improvement programs
- Significant exposure to the skincare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, or dermatology industry
- Proven track record leading high-impact strategic initiatives
- Preferably experience at a top-tier strategic consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain
- Advanced expertise applying sophisticated data analytics tools and AI platforms
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership and secure executive buy-in
- Advanced project management expertise with enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Strategic mindset connecting tactical execution to broader organizational objectives
- Outstanding communication skills for presenting complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated success leveraging artificial intelligence to transform business processes and create competitive advantage
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; work authorization sponsorship is not offered
