About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist accounts in gaining access to Galderma’s biologic treatment
- Provide access assistance, education, and general support to patients with prurigo nodularis and atopic dermatitis
- Optimize the experience for patients and accounts
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve access challenges for patients prescribed Galderma products
- Deliver information and education on patient support services and product access
- Support strategic and tactical initiatives within the assigned geographic region
- Support the Regional Sales Manager and 5–7 Account Managers
- Adhere to compliance rules protecting patient confidentiality and access to care
- Serve as the escalation point for field-based access issues
- Partner with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, Specialty Pharmacies, and HUB services
- Reduce non-clinical barriers to patient access to therapy
- Educate dermatology customers on patient services through meetings, business reviews, and educational programs
- Report directly to the Field Access Director team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; dermatology and/or biologic experience preferred
- 2+ years in a reimbursement or access role supporting prescription based products, preferred
- Proven experience successfully launching new to market specialty products and resolving difficult access challenges
- Understanding of utilization management tools, prior authorizations and appeals
- Account management experience preferred
- Cross-functional experience required, with proven track record of collaboration and coordination
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Comprehensive analytical/strategic thinking skills
- Ability and confidence to work effectively and with a sense of urgency
- Adaptability, resilience and tenacity and ability to quickly pivot
- Proficient in English and MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; this role does not offer sponsorship for work authorization
- Ability to travel regularly and work in varied professional environments
