About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Area Executive Director in managing sales and strategic activities of designated Account Managers and territories
- Manage key accounts in the assigned territory for continued growth
- Apply business-building principles, education, office promotions, and practice analysis to expand market penetration and revenue growth
- Coach and develop Account Managers' leadership skills
- Strengthen relationships with physicians and support staff through specialty account management
- Identify key target accounts by assessing sales opportunity, retail commitment, and partnership potential
- Coordinate with Regional Directors, Strategic Account Managers, Area Trainers, and National Training
- Conduct business review meetings, customized office trainings, promotional and event planning, advanced account sales analysis, and account-specific business-building activities
- Increase customer contact and relationship-building opportunities through pre-planning and post-meeting follow-up
- Confer with Alastin Corporate Executives
- Support Corporate with collaborative company partnerships as needed
- Analyze and control expenditures within budgetary requirements
- Establish quarterly travel itineraries with the Area Executive Director
- Spend a minimum of 3–4 days per week in the field alongside an Account Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
- 5 or more years of aesthetic sales experience
- Effective coaching, training, leadership, and development skills
- Effective goal setting, planning, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and get others to buy in
- Self-reliant and highly organized, with the ability to make solid business decisions
- Enjoy selling
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
