About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute delivery of a portfolio of cohort trainings through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing
  • Understand program operations, technical subject matter, and staff roles
  • Monitor attendance and share results with client stakeholders or take appropriate student action
  • Monitor weekly surveys, assessments, retrospectives, and similar ceremonies; collect data into manageable formats
  • Create cohort-specific tooling, including meeting links, Teams channels, LMS instances, curriculum resources, and infrastructure support
  • Onboard students to Galvanize platforms and facilitate small- and large-group discussions
  • Support cohort kickoffs and plan/facilitate demo days, graduations, and other student ceremonies
  • Execute student-facing onboarding communications and serve as the primary student contact
  • Keep classrooms running smoothly through communication with instructors and students, tracking needs and learning infrastructure
  • Check in with instructors to confirm preparation is on track
  • Triage and resolve delivery issues and risks with the Director of Client Solutions Manager
  • Participate in weekly coordination meetings with Operations, Academics, and other functions
  • Complete delivery closeout activities, including final reports, student offboarding, and capstone/graduation ceremonies
  • Craft and implement remedial solutions for technical and non-technical growth needs
  • Deliver feedback to students to improve outcomes and positive sentiment
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 Years of Experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience working in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
  • Experience working in Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Co-Pilot
  • Ability to clear required background check
  • Up to 10% travel
  • Bachelors Degree(s) preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong public speaking; able to present in front of, facilitate, and engage groups large and small
  • Ability to facilitate difficult conversations clearly, compassionately, and directly
  • Comfortable making difficult, impactful decisions involving ambiguous situations
  • Highly autonomous, conscientious, reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Detail-oriented, systematic, and data-driven
