Key responsibilities & impact

Translate business and founder requests into clear user stories, development tickets, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate daily with front-end and back-end developers to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and remove blockers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Product Delivery Manager, or in a similar hands-on product delivery role
Proven experience working directly with software engineers and coordinating the development lifecycle
Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and acceptance criteria
Strong backlog management, prioritization, organisation, and follow-through
Good understanding of software development workflows, technical dependencies, and third-party integrations
Practical approach to feature testing, quality assurance, and release coordination
Strong communication skills and ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where priorities may evolve
Experience in iGaming, online casinos, or betting (nice to have)
