About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process enrollments, amendments, and terminations for group health, insurance, and retirement contracts
Update insured members’ information in IT systems
Verify the compliance and completeness of files and documents
Draft letters, emails, and other administrative documents
Respond to inquiries from insured members and partners by phone or in writing
Assist with claims and complaints management and provide appropriate solutions
Monitor processing deadlines and ensure member satisfaction
Work closely with the sales and technical teams
Participate in departmental meetings and cross-functional projects
Contribute to improving internal processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two-year post-secondary qualification, such as a BTS in insurance or claims management
At least three years of experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and meticulous file management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain smooth, effective, and long-term relationships with clients
