About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process enrollments, amendments, and cancellations for group insurance contracts
- Update insured members’ information in IT systems
- Verify the compliance and completeness of files and documents
- Draft letters, emails, and administrative documents
- Respond to inquiries from insured members and partners by phone or in writing
- Assist with complaint management and provide appropriate solutions
- Monitor processing deadlines and help ensure member satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional projects
- Contribute to improving internal processes
- Help maintain and develop corporate client portfolios for group health, employee benefits, and retirement plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two-year post-secondary qualification, such as a BTS in insurance or claims management
- At least three years of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous file management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain smooth, long-term relationships with clients
