About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate heavy equipment safely as part of a crew
- Operate machinery for excavating, backfilling, trenching, ditching, clearing, looming, fine grading, and final cleanup
- Perform operator-level maintenance on the machine
- Understand safe working loads and signals
- Perform laborer functions as required
- Work overtime as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous construction experience
- 3-5 years of construction experience
- Firm knowledge of equipment operations and maintenance
- Must be willing to work overtime as required
- Willing to travel
- Must complete background screening and drug-free workplace requirements
- May be required to complete a post-offer physical and site-specific background check
