Key responsibilities & impact

Manufacture epoxy coatings by following established procedures
Operate and set up machinery across multiple production lines
Maintain responsibility for the quality and accuracy of work performed
Follow batch tickets and production specifications
Obtain, use, return, and maintain tools, tooling, and calibrated measuring instruments
Complete and maintain inspections, calibration records, and preventive maintenance logs
Handle materials and finished products safely
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Comply with ISO procedures, quality standards, and company policies
Perform inspections and additional production duties as needed
