About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build AI-powered solutions that accelerate Sales and Marketing productivity
Design and implement Large Language Model (LLM)-based agents that synthesize information and automate business workflows
Apply NLP and Generative AI techniques to derive actionable insights from structured and unstructured data
Design, test, and optimize prompts, retrieval strategies, and agent workflows to improve AI performance and scalability
Build recommendation solutions, including prospect interest prediction and personalized outreach recommendations
Rapidly prototype AI capabilities, evaluate business impact, and transition successful pilots into production
Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, business stakeholders, engineers, and data scientists to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Stay current on advancements in machine learning, Generative AI, and agentic systems and bring new ideas and best practices to the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
1+ years of experience applying data science and machine learning techniques through professional work, internships, or research
Experience with Python, SQL, statistical analysis, and databases
Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a strong interest in Generative AI and machine learning
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
Ability to communicate technical concepts and connect solutions to business outcomes
Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval techniques, model evaluation, or agent orchestration is a plus
Collaborative, inclusive, and respectful team player
Proven ability to manage tasks end-to-end and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and innovative mindset
